Full offense but it’s not in black/brown peoples control that suddenly everyone aspires to “look the same”. We been had this since birth

Translation: white people try their hardest to look “exotic”/non white/mixed so now we are seeing more copied version of our big lips, high cheekbones, and dark skin etc. Because no one lighter than Custard by NARS can stick to their foundation shade.

Just a reminder: It’s like you go from growing up being attacked for having huge features and dark skin because they’re considered ugly in predominantly white spaces and every catalogue as a child, and when it becomes trendy in your adulthood, you’re also attacked for looking like someone obsessed with cosmetic surgery when your face has literally never changed.

remember when some bitch said a fully BLACK woman “looked like she had too much lip filler”???

Another problem with this shit is whites (especially women) who lack our features assume we paid for them, like they did.
